Our bathroom and kitchen cabinets were installed by Wrucks and we have had excellent service from them. No issues with the laminate as well. Carpet is another matter. We have had ALL of our rooms with carpet kick-stretched (twice) and it does not help, we still have lumps. The installers should have power stretched them and they did not. It has been a nightmare, and we are now forced to buy new carpet. So while Wrucks did send out workers to kick stretch the carpets twice, it did not do the job. Bottom line, they were never stretched properly from the start.

The friendly, courteous staff was incredibly helpful. We were looking for countertops, backsplash, and flooring for a kitchen upgrade. Your associate assembled 3 - 5 samples of each and presented them in a sunlit area by the front windows. We were able to mix and match in excellent light to create numerous combinations that were instrumental to our finding the best one possible for us. Thanks for your help and keep up the great work.

They had what I wanted, they ordered it, and the product showed up a week earlier than expected. I picked it up, installed it, and now my kids play all over it! Great product and easy to clean up after it!

Wrucks has a large selection of flooring and cabinets! They will also paint your cabinets. Employees are very professional and helpful.

Chris even came out to our house to see if the flooring we chose would work here...prices very reasonable by comparison, and I did comparison shop at the big box stores and another smaller family owned business in Anchorage. I highly recommend.

My wife and I have built two homes now in the Valley, and we have used Wruck's Carpet One both times. They have an extremely knowledgeable staff and a great personal feel versus the big box stores. Their installers do a great job with attention to detail. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Went in to purchase carpet for the my parents home. Dealt with Shelley. Needed non hypoallergenic carpet and picked 1 out. Was told it would take 2 weeks for it to come in. 2 1/2 weeks i called. Shelley answered and said she was going to call me. She said my carpet was on back back order. I said, what do you mean back back order, i was never told it was on back order in the 1st place. I would have not ordered it if i was told this. She picked out another saying it was close to what i had picked. I told her i would be down the next day to look at it. I didn't like it and picked another out only to hear it was not in stock either. She tried to get me to go with a lower thickness 1 and i said no because my mom has alzheimer's & a grandson. I need a thicker carpet. Told her this before. I picked 1 more & it was in stock. It took another week or more to get it in. When it came to have it installed, the installer was 2 1/2 hrs late. My mom is in late stages of alzheimer's and she had to wait for hours to go lay down in her bed. This was very stressful for all of us. He was here until 7:00pm. I called and talked to the owner and told him a couple of times what happened. He finally gave me a discount but seemed reluctant to do so. My husband also dealt with Shelley and was not impressed with her. I feel she was only interested in the sale only and i told her so. I will never deal with them again.

Great service and comprehensive communication through the whole process. Installation was on time and as expected and overall product and quality as advertised. Great shop! and solid installation contractor. Fit and finish and upholstery work beautiful. Thanks Scott for all your attention and management of a stressful process.
