I attended a CPR course at Continue Cpr in Santa Fe Springs on April 12 and paid by check. I was told it would take about two weeks to get my certification, which felt like a long wait, but I expected it by mid-April when the check was processed. As of May 1, I still haven't received it. When I called to check on the status, April mentioned she needed to coordinate with the accountant. For a training provider, this level of delay and communication feels lacking.
