Jeremy was very knowledge with the phones and plans. Took his time with finding the best plan for my family and getting our new phones set up and ready for us. Also made sure we knew how to operate each phone and even sent information on them to my email. Thank you Jeremy!

fast honest service . andrew was very helpfull and knowlegable . will definatly drive the 1 hr to get there . i pass up 4 other stores on my way to connect cell in racine . all 4 stores gave me wrong info . andrew knows what he is talking about and the products they sell . thanks for all your help .

I went to the corporate US Cellular store with a telephone issue. The guy that waited on me was aggressive, didn't want to listen and was going to cost me $300 over what I paid at Connect Cell. Ryan was patient, didn't roll his eyes at me and he listened. Big difference.

Ryan was great. He explained everything thoroughly, and switched our plan over, transferred our data from our old phones onto new ones. Great customer service and knowledgeable staff. The data on my phone stopped working last night, i stopped in after work today and they had my phone working in 30 seconds. We needed a u.s. cellular on the north side, saved me a trip across town.
