My experience was underwhelming. The platform had several technical issues that affected my participation in a recent event. I found the user interface not very intuitive, which made navigation frustrating at times. Some features seemed incomplete, and I had to reach out to customer support multiple times, which added to my overall inconvenience. I would have preferred a smoother and more reliable experience.
