If zero stars were available, that is what I would give Concorde. Trying to cancel my account turned into an extremely frustrating experience.

Anyone considering this company should pay very close attention to the fine print, particularly the cancellation requirements. Apparently, cancellation must be completed before the end of the month to prevent additional billing. In my case, I reached out to cancel and then waited almost TWO MONTHS for Concorde to get back to me. Meanwhile, they continued billing my account.

It is difficult to understand how a customer is expected to complete a cancellation properly when it takes the company nearly two months to respond to the request.

The poor customer service and lengthy delay in communication made the entire situation incredibly frustrating. After this experience, I would not use Concorde again or recommend them. Anyone who does decide to use their services should carefully review every part of the cancellation and billing terms before signing anything.
