Adam is not only on top of the process and in constant contact with his client to ensure they are getting the knowledge they need, and providing what Adam needs to expedite the process; but he also sought out the very best loan opportunity for us! Concord has many products available that your realtor's affiliated bank may not have access to. Adam was willing to complete an application by hand for it meant we were able to get into a loan program that made the home affordable for us with terms more attractive to the seller. He was also able to do this in less than 30 days. We tried a couple of brokers before we reached out to Adam, and there is a reason those deals did not work out.
