Quality, Professionalism, Support, Efficiency: if i need to look 4 words to describe the experience and this place, i would like to use these 4.
I brought there my Company Car, that was not purchased there, but through a third Party. It was the first time that I was going there, even if the Renting Company, was suggesting different alternatives and solutions.
My thinking is that only the Original Manufacturer of the Car, know it in the best way, therefore instead of going to a multi brand service point, I decided to drive my car there for the maintenance. Is the same habit that I use also with my private owned car.
I was able to get the meeting in 2 weeks, I receive a kind SMS to remind me the meeting the day before, I drop my car at the scheduled time 07.30 am, I made the check in 5 minutes and I received a call, when the car was ready.
The return of the car has been quick but also, was explained in all the details all the interventions, checks and maintenances made, with also, really appreciated a list of next steps and suggestions.
Few words regarding the location, I think that is modern, efficient and in the same place, but 2 different halls, there are VW and Skoda Car.
I really recommend this place for maintenance, suggestions, but also for purchasing VW and Skoda Cars, because if courtesy is the same of the After Sales, you will not be negatively surprised.

Not very well attended last time I was there, looks too busy people

My congratulations to Mr. Roberto Pozzato for the professionalism, courtesy and commitment shown to find the optimal purchase solution for my personal needs! If you need to evaluate a new car, ask for him.

Definitely a valid dealership, too bad I went for a test drive which I didn't do in the end.
I hope to be able to do business when the time comes to choose where to buy my new car.

I had almost closed after several visits to a dealership near Busto Arsizio where I live, but I remembered there was one in the Varese city area. Here I entered and was greeted by Mr. Roberto Pozzato and after a coffee, a car test drive ride, a precious advice that no one had given me on maintenance and a much more truthful delivery time than other dealerships, I signed !
I must recognize beyond the very well placed and detailed dealership that the difference was made by Mr. Pozzato who gave me a lot of peace of mind as he had a convincing answer to my every question. Very serious, helpful and always called back when he couldn't answer.
If I had to give advice to those who will visit the crespi I would recommend asking for roberto.
