I often frequented the shop especially the parapharmacy and received the same attitude every time. Committed listless, with the stench under the hand, not courteous and superficial. They barely respond to the greeting and when they do, they see all their little desire to work and interact with the customer. This has been happening for a long time, especially with the blonde shop assistant in the parapharmacy, who several times did not want to take my customer card and used an almost disgusted look at my request for a drug. The staff is poorly suited to the sector in which they were employed

At CONAD in via Emilia 1 the products on offer are not restocked! Do not think you will find the product on offer on the shelf even just a few days after the publication of the flyer because it is always empty ... especially the more expensive ones such as diapers etc. The service counters escape the established rule, and in particular the delicatessen which has excellent products even at an affordable price.
The 2 stars are more than deserved ... even if the super has a wide range of products and a convenient covered parking lot, unfortunately pestered by annoying Roma but this does not depend on CONAD.

It is a fairly well-stocked supermarket, with prices and offers I think in line with the competition. The strong point is the location, compared to others you must not go to the suburbs but it is in a nerve center of the city.
Negative elements:
- it is not possible to use meal vouchers in the automatic cash machines
- there are no "traditional" cash desks dedicated to those with the time saver
- the labels to be attached to the compostable bags of fruit and vegetables are NOT biodegradable
- they could offer the sushi they produce after a certain hour, to dispose of it, instead it stays there and expires.

Like all Conad ... you can find everything, but the prices ... !!!

I have been a customer of the supermarket for many years, practically since it was opened! I know all the older employees and their great professionalism, while some new staff have a lot to learn from them, to be more professional and with ways more relevant to the roles assigned!

In passing, I stopped by necessity. It is not the supermarket where I usually buy. Here in the end there is everything but I did not like the environment.

I always go there. Their brand products are good and affordable.
