In 2010, we began to survey the multi-tenant marketplace, and found a strong correlation between resident satisfaction rates and property management services. After conducting two years of research with a variety of property managers, we concluded that true resident satisfaction can only be achieved by correcting key property management challenges and poor communication practices. Furthermore, we discovered that there were limited tools available to achieve this.
