The turnaround time to sell shares can be WEEKS caused by incompetent administration staff! In today's fast moving business world being a customer of this company can be a massive liability.

I am not going going to waste time writing a long complaint as Computershare will neither understand it nor respond to it!! In a nutshell their means of spelling "Customer Service" is as follows "Ignore your customer in the hope that they go away". Pathetic beyond words!!

Unfortunately there is no option for 0 star because thats exactly what they deserve. Such horrible service, infact there isn t any service at all! They claim to have call center agents who are too busy to answer calls but I doubt that because they have NEVER answered any calls!! Arg what a waste!!!
