I upgrade to Windows 10 and my laptop crashed every 90 seconds, I tried all the forums and nothing worked. Hull Computers fixed it in a day at a very reasonable price. Great service and very helpful and I would recommend them to anyone

Went to get my laptop screen repaired twice, excellent and fast service.

Took my defunct laptop (redwine over the keyboard) to Lee late on a Friday afternoon. report for insurance and all data from the old laptop had been recovered and placed on SSD drive by the following Monday morning. Everything that had been checked was explained as well as itemised costings for the repais were done. Outstanding service at a very good price. Would highly recommend and will definatley use again whenever I need any work doing. Brilliant.

My Laptop had a massive crack down the screen and didn't know where to go to get it fixed... I rang up a few places but when I phoned Hull Computers they sounded really happy to help and was reasonably priced. They had in stock my replacement screen so I wasn't waiting and they did it straight away on that day. The customer service was amazing and my laptop is as good as new... Have had Hull Computers owner Lee to fix a problem on my laptop. What a lovely courteous person he is. Quick to reply, and he had my connection to the internet solved in no time. Very reasonable with prices and very fair. I won't hesitate to use Hull Comp. again. In fact I wouldn't ring anyone else.

I really can't fault the experience I had with Hull Computers. I went to them with a list of issues to be fixed with a new PC build. The service was swift, professional and friendly. I could tell the staff take pride in their work and were very knowledgeable.

My new build works perfectly and everything has been set up properly. It's a gem of a find and I would recommend anyone with an IT issue to go here. Ill definitely be returning to them when I need IT assistance.

Fantastic service, would recommend this business to anybody with computer troubles. I took my laptop in for a check as it wouldn't start up, I was given advice on my options at every stage of the repair, excellent customer service, very thankful my data was retrieved from my laptop by them too.

Fixed my laptop screen quickly and for a reasonable price.

I came to Hull computers for a pc upgrade from my old machine, the staff was so helpful they showed me their custom build tool on their web site which helped me create the spec of the pc that I wanted.

Once I have got my spec of the machine I ordered the PC it took a matter of days for me to receive the PC that I ordered. I have been running it now for a day and a half and I'm loving it.

When it came to the price, Hull Computers was the cheapest place for my budget.

I would gladly recommend Hull Computers to any one that is in need of repairs/cleaning/new pc or anything to do with computers. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I will be using their services again when the need rises for it.

After a routine software upgrade by Microsoft my laptop appeared to have had all my data removed. I uninstalled the upgrades but failed to rectify the situation. A quick call to Hull Computers and they invited me to bring my laptop in that same day and informed me that they would do all they could to rectify the situation, which they did. They also upgraded my hard drive and now the laptop is performing even better than before. Once again I'm very pleased with this company's performance.

I have dealt with Lee only just recently, and found not only someone who knows what they are talking about, but someone who was willing to be how I was when I worked for a major Canadian electronic retailer, and that was as an honest salesman. After giving me advice on where to hunt a specific cable while working on my comp upgrades, I had an issue and as thank you for being honest as a salesman, I decided to get him to continue with the upgrade procedure. He gave me great honest choices as I needed a new psu and case, and he gave me the options of slightly cheaper or best choice in parts, and I selected what I wanted.

Sadly you don't see this much anymore, but to meet someone like myself as a salesman as well as his tech knowledge, I'm letting him finish the job when I ended up with s CMOS error on the board. Lee has done awesomely, and I'd give him 6/5 if I could. Thanks for your pride in your skill as well as your professionalism as a salesman and human being.

Had 2 laptops die. Had them both repaired very quickly with new hard drive and upgrades. No hidden cost everything up front and explained in laymans terms. Will use them again and highly recommend them.

Had a suspected motherboard or PSU failure that I couldn't fully diagnose at home so gave the PC to the guys and after a full strip down, new paste, and full clean the computer worked good as new which is the ideal result. Really knowledge, friendly, professional blokes who I wouldn't hesitate to give my precious rig to again in future!

Really knowledgeable guys, managed to fix our laptop when the original seller couldn't even do it on the warranty. Only had to go a day without it and could track the repair process online which was nice. Price was very reasonable as well.
