I have known Computer Highway for plus 20 years. They have always looked after my computers, aided when this non-technical business owner as in myself has computer issues and are my totally trusted go to `Computer Angels`. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Extremely helpful, managed to repair my laptop urgently when it failed in the middle of a project, and went the extra mile to extract my data onto a hard drive in a usable format that so I could keep working on a Mac in the meantime. Highly recommended.

Poor poor poor poor. I brought my pc here back in November due to an abrupt shut down could they even bothered? Nope! The guy looked at me as if to say what you doing with that thing. Called me half hour later saying it s not worth fixing blah blah blah buy a new pc. After much lamenting I found a video on YouTube and resolved the issue myself. I m no computer whiz but they should have tried to remedy my problem fools.

I have found all the staff at Computer Highway to be very knowledgeable and have acted on their advice to buy all my IT equipment, I have known the owner for several years and have always been given sound advice. The staff have been most helpful and i will continue to go back here for their excellent service.

These guys were so friendly and helpful when my laptop stopped charging. They did a load of diagnostic tests in front of me, which was very encouraging. They gave me a quote for the full job but in the end fixed it with a new charger. It was so refreshing not to be overcharged, have my laptop taken away unnecessarily, be baffled by jargon or have non-existent problems 'fixed'. Great guys, thank you so much!

These polite, helpful, trustworthy people did a great job on my laptop. Before leaving it with them they explained their charges (which were also displayed on a notice) and the next day they phoned me to explain the cause of the fault and got my agreement to do a complete re-installation. All done very efficiently at a moderate price with no nasty surprises. I would certainly recommend Computer Highway (and there s 30 mins free parking directly outside the shop).

Beyond straightforward ! Plugged the new PC in yesterday and everything was copied over correctly and ready to go immediately. A really good job and a great price. Well done !
