Took my computer because I needed a new hard drive upgrade for my computer along with a clone of my OS. They were super fast and reliable and the computer works looks like it did before. One day turnaround! I will totally use them if I need anything else done!

Junk!!! Absolutely hate this business. Fixed my glass screen for 130$ for them to break my ear piece now I cannot hear any incoming calls AT ALL I brought it there to complain and ask to fix it and they won't. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRIBLE PLACE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THEM. Should be an option to give them no stars. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL

Brought my iPad to be fixed and they said 1 week. I called after two weeks to check on it, since I have not received a call and they told me they couldn t fix it. I said that I would come get it and they said that it was in all pieces and not worth picking up. I thought that was very strange.

Everyone should shop here for a computer and anything that goes along with it. They are very knowledgeable whether buying a new or used computer or just having one repaired. Friendly service and they should have a shipment of virtual reality equipment any day they will be the first in the area to offer this latest technology. Highly recommend this place.

I have done business with other companies in the past only to be completely dissatisfied and was stuck with a computer I received as a gift that was defective this company was able to fix it so it was usable as the place that it was purchased from would not back up their warranty. This is when I learned to only buy computers locally!

I did not see your response before I came back in. I decided I wanted a computer for myself after buying my wife one. You were very helpful. This was the first time I had ever purchased a used computer. It has only been a day but I have been very pleased with it.

Staff is helpful and knowledgeable but as a computer store you would think they would understand the importance of social media and maybe having items online. They have a sign saying they will offer tax free weekend on Monday. If they had it on Friday and promoted it I would have gone there instead of micro center today.

It s the second time I go there they never fix the problem yet still charge you ..... that s like me getting called to go look at your porch and telling you no I can t fix it you owe me 300$

Do not get your phone glass fixed here. They charge more than apple for an inferior product. The glass they gave me shattered after four days from a light bump. The glass even feels cheap when swiping. I went to them with this problem and they wouldn't do anything to help. Poor customer service. Who talks to customers like that? The grumpy old man needs to retire from behind the desk if he wants his business to last. He will pretend to be your friend until you realize the garbage products they are using. No wonder the online reviews are horrible and some of the stories are comical.

This guys are great! Been there for a few problems before and they have helped me out. Reasonably priced too. One time came in just for a screw for my pc fan and they gave it to me free of charge. THANKS!

I have been to A Computer Genius several times. They always get the job done at a reasonable price. This time I needed the keyboard replaced on a HP laptop that is at least four years old but otherwise functioning good. Once I took an older Apple Computer to attempt to get files from the hard drive and see if the computer could be repaired. They told me that it could not be repaired and that no files remained on the hard drive. They charged me nothing and returned the computer to me. I thought that was great.

Needed new screen for laptop. GeekSquad would not take on project, They replaced for $30 while we waited. Works great. Also replaced broken iphone screen. Very helpful people. I would recommend. Very close to the UMASS Campus.

Great price by far better then any place there is to buy a laptop

My iMac Fusion Hard Drive died on me and the guys at Computer Genius replaced it with a SSD or Solid State Hard drive. The SSD drive is so much quicker compared to the fusion hard drive that originally came with the computer. I supplied them with my Western Digital Backup that was being backed up with the time machine on the iMac and they were able to transfer every single thing from my old computer to the new SSD. Everything went perfect and I have a lot of programs on my computer. The price is very reasonable as well.They also provided me with a very user friendly Virus software that is also free to use and much better and easier to use compared to Norton. I could not be happier. I highly recommend these guys.

Great business. Brought them my MacBook (that's right, the old white MacBooks....) which Apple and Best Buy deemed too "vintage" to upgrade, and in two days A Computer Genius had it running on a platform one step behind the current Apple operating platform. They included the memory upgrade for free as part of the operating system update and found me a used battery for pennies. Cost me significantly less than a new computer and saved me creating more electronic waste. I'd recommend their work to anyone, my laptop works like new again. Go for it!

Won't come back here again due to prices and piss-poor attitudes by the staff.

Had my 9 year old laptop serviced here. Professional service and work. Had an issue about 45 days after and they fixed it free of charge. No complaints about this business

It is an authentic place. They checked my mac for three days before confirming that its not going to work. But refused to take money as they couldn't fix it. Will go there again if there is a mobile phone/laptop issue.

They fixed my broken keyboard, after EVERY other place wanted me to replace everything. I'm very grateful for their AMAZING service.
