The Therapists are phenomenal and very friendly. I have no issues with them. I have an issue with the administration. I am one of those who live pay check to pay check and while I was being seen by Comprehensive I explained, on many occasions, my financial situation and that I didn't have the co-payment. I was told over and over again not to worry about it just come anyway. After I had completed my treatments, anytime I had extra money I would call and see if they would work out something with me and they were not willing to except anything but payment in full, which I couldn't do.I would then take the money and put it towards another debt. I did this every year since 2014. This year they decided to have Lawyers go after me. Their Therapists are very compassionate but their administration is heartless.

The entire staff is AMAZING! My son was under their care from 1 month old until 12 months old and you could not ask for more caring, compassionate, brilliant care! Kea their physical therapist made a very scary situation easier to handle. Thanks to her expert care, supervision and treatment recommendations he has a beautiful head shape and no lasting muscle issues! Cannot say enough good things about this business and their employees! If you have a little one thats been diagnosed with torticolis or plagiocephaly Kea is the hands you want that little one in!
