We have been working with C3 as our IT support for around 2 Years. In that time, any issues or problems have quickly and properly resolved. Recently we asked C3 to perform an email migration to move our business email off of the Yahoo platform. The employee responsible for the task was extremely friendly and patient throughout this process. The Tech was willing to work nights and weekends to make sure the transfer happened in a reasonable time frame. Overall we are happy with C3's Support services and would recommend them to others.

My hard drive crashed a few months ago and I took it to comprehensive computer repair to see if it could be repaired. This was a business computer and I was told that the hard drive had crashed and there was nothing that they could do to recover any information from it.. I spent $650 getting them to put a new harddrive in my machine and they also did some work on my laptop. After picking up the computer after they put a new hard drive in it and taking it home. I continued to experience problems with it even with a new hard drive. I had another company come out and take a look at it and they also took my old hard drive and they said there's nothing wrong with the old hard drive except that it has a virus on it. They cleaned the virus off, put it back in the computer and it worked just fine. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the hard drive other than it had a virus on it. It worked as good as new after that. I feel swindled. I would not recommend these people to anybody! I'm still using that hard drive to this day and its operating fine. Beware of this company they're out to take your money and up sell you any way they can. Would not recommend!

We've been using C3 since 2012, over that time we've done quite a few large and small projects. Each time we've been quite satisfied with the end results. We've grown from roughly 25 office employees to nearly 100 office employees and they've been excellent the whole time.

Recently we just finished up a large server migration which C3 did seamlessly without any noticeable downtime. They are experts in the industry and it shows!
