Poor quality training: management gives 30 days probation to learn a minimum of 3 departments and their processes. High turnover rate. The president focuses more on appearance than the company s processes and improvements. Unprofessional management: managers complaining to their employees about specific employees instead of addressing the issue. Lack of coordination: there is often no traceability with their products (results are often forged), and employees are often unknowledgeable of all of their duties based on the facts listed above.
