Raise the rent and do nothing for the up keep of the building. Carpet taped down in the hallway floor, laundry machines don't work, garage really garage nasty. Finally the parking lot repaved. Have a new manager now hopely she can get the building in order. So many people are looking for places to move including me. Hub need to do surprise visits. I would like to see what the building the suburban look like. I am sure better than Shingle Creek Commons. Would never rent from Common Bond again.

This place is the biggest joke! They don't pay their employees or their sub contractors!!! They are very disorganized, their management sucks, and they are more headache than they are worth! Steer clear!!!
I m renting from them right now and have put in multiple maintenance requests. They fix what they feel like and don t acknowledge the rest or say they are ordering parts. The dryer is ruining our clothes. The whole front door is not weather sealed and it is -30 degrees some days. Plus many other easy fixes.
Live at The View at City Walk. Last two years they went from a well kept property to looking like a slum. Landscaping is non existant, housekeeping is non existant, obviously management doesn't care. The only breath of fresh air is our maintenance man. He is only here one day a week but does more than all the others combined.
I have not but Eager to, I m in need of a one bedroom for section 8 ....
I lived at the Commerce Building (a Common Bond property), and it was mostly a good experience for about 8 years. After a management change, accounting and certification problems became an issue. Lack of documentation and record keeping were totally lax. I finally moved after living there 12 years in June of 2020. Now I'm having extreme difficulty in receiving my damage deposit. Managers are ignoring voicemails and emails. Generally, the property managers do not respond to problems appropriately.
CONTRACTORS BEWARE! Common Bond does not pay their contractors. They sit in a nice pretty office and act like they own the world not paying the little guy. Typical power hungry management that rule over the poor. Pat is the worst of them! Stay away from this company. Pat you owe the money pay up.
Nice team, interviewed for a Property Manager position and they seem like they really need help. Lots of expansion and taking over poorly managed buildings from other firms. Great company!
