Comfort Link is a partnership between two Companies each with a long history of providing exceptional service to Baltimore's businesses, Baltimore Gas & Electric Co. and the Monumental Investment Company, parent to the Poole & Kent Company. The partnership was fashioned to provide cooling to buildings in Downtown Baltimore.
Many existing buildings in Baltimore were faced with the expense of replacing aging cooling plants and meeting more stringent environmental regulations. Comfort Link offers building owners an another option to owning and operating cooling equipment.
