A disorganized mess... FCFS with an appointment... somewhat tight docking with not traffic management... they don't give you a door (like ALMOST EVERY OTHER WAREHOUSE) You pick the door, dock, then go tell them which one you picked... if your appointment is wrong or pickup number is wrong... they send you back across the street to wait until you've remedied the situation... then you have to get back in line behind a long line of trucks, and go through the frustrating dock grabbing again...

The only positive about this place is that the load quickly. Prepare to damage your front bumper because they don't have enough room for you to straighten up while backing. If you got a day cab you should be good but those with sleepers are screwed.

Had to wait to get loaded for 2 hours and you need a basically spotless trailer inside

Had 3pm appointment. Arrived at a little before 2pm. Policy is if there is an open dock between docks 2 - 14 go ahead and back in. Then go check in. Otherwise, check in, wait for a dock to open and then go back in a tell them which dock you're in. They ship cooking oil in different types of containers. Backing into the docks is a challenge to say the least. Best method I saw was to keep your doors closed, put you tandems in the middle position (there's less tail swing and you don't have to worry about catching you doors on another truck or a post or a garage wall) Once you're lined up with the dock doors there's plenty of room to open your doors and slide your tandems if you want to. Watch the curb! Saw a guy rub us front bumper. If possible, back in next to a dropped trailer. More room to maneuver. I was there for about and hour before the guy came out with my paperwork and to seal my trailer.
