The car buying experience was better than I expected it to be. We wanted a car for my son and daughter in law. We went to other places and were pressured to decide quickly...not so at Coleman. We took our time weighing all the options and found the right car at the price that fit their budget. (The car had a sticker on the body of the car that we wanted taken off, and it was removed without damaging the paint, while they were signing the paperwork!) If you are needing a good car I recommend Coleman Auto Group, with their honest and knowledgeable staff.
Chase at Coleman auto group was very laid back and not pressuring us at all to buy a car. We bought a Prius and we are very happy with it. He made the whole process easy and we really appreciate his help throughout the process.

Chase & David are the owners and they were completely honest about the 2014 BMW X5 I just purchased from them ! The entire buying process took less than 3 hours . They let me test drive it , they gave me the option to allow lemon busters to come check out the vehicle for any fixes that could be hiding, they informed me of all the recent repairs they did to the car. I've come to the conclusion that these are honest guys . I've already recommended them to all my friends , family, and coworkers. You know exactly what you are buying with them . They also offered to have the mechanic that they have on property to fix any issues that the car may have in the future. I'm a mom so I needed a reliable car to drive my family in and I received that plus so much more with Coleman Auto Group ! These guys are super chill and rad. Purchased a Lexus RX350 from them recently and had a small audio issue after I took it home. I immediately called them up and they are doing everything they can to help me out and remedy the problem quickly. Very responsive, quick working and honest folks. My boyfriend and I were specifically looking for a BMW X5 diesel model. We visited a few other car places before a coworker recommended Coleman Auto Group. Once we arrived, we were greeted by David. I am NOT a car person nor do I know what to specifically ask when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. David was extremely knowledgeable on the specific car we were looking at which made me feel very comfortable in purchasing from him. Very casual, no high pressure sales here. They let you test drive and really check out the car so you can feel comfortable with your purchase, as well as tried to answer all our questions as best they could. They didn't pad the final write-up with a bunch of BS made-up fees.
A minor issue came up with our vehicle, and although they didn't have to they immediately offered to fix it for us and it is very appreciated. We mainly worked with Adam but others there seemed friendly as well. Thank you for a great car shopping experience (especially after visiting some other larger dealerships)!
