Very exciting researches are going on here. and lots of conferences and workshops as well.

Great place to learn! the conferences and courses are great if not legendary. the accommodation is good. However if you are there for a while the food starts to become a bit repetitive. also, it's not the easiest place to reach

Wonderful private research center. My sister works there and we got a great tour and history lesson. Not sure if there are public tours, but parking is restricted In most areas.

Food is only OK though. And there are limited things to do with down time. Especially if it's not nice out.

Went here for a conference on DNA replication. The venue is impressive with several spots to work and relax. Only downside is that I wish there was more lodging at the venue. I wanted to go for a run but was unable to do so due to lack of time and distance from the venue.

Hubby and I love walking there year 'round. Down the long hill to the beach & back. The lab plants lovely little gardens, & the views of CSH are great. Plus I adore science/scientists, and this is one of the greatest scientific facilities in the world. I feel an almost personal pride in that!

I attended the retrovirus meeting at CSHL. The meeting was very well organized. CSHL is a small, quiet, and scenic research facility. The accomplishments that have happened at CSHL are impressive to say the least.

As a fishing spot, it is a nice stop for targeting specific fish at high tide. The lab itself is closed weekends and quiet when there no events taking place. Security and grounds staff are present but doesn t usually bother you. Usually chatting with them yields the latest fishing reports.

If you get a chance, please go. Beautiful on campus housing, great conferences with full AV support, and wonderful meals.

I love the campus at CSHL, it's really picturesque.

The campus is pretty although all the buildings seem random and out of place. Visited one building and it seemed quite old and outdated in terms of public areas like hallways.

I like how there's a little beach like area nearby, allowing workers a place to cool off at.

This place is so so pretty! I went for a conference and brought my family (husband and two young kids) with me. We all had a really great time exploring the campus. We were there in late April so the weather was great and the place was beautiful. I was sad to leave.

The laboratory arranged the explanation. The lecturer was led by the students who were doing PHD in the laboratory to guide us to explain and explain. Very friendly, very professional and responsible explanation, especially for the interpretation of the model of cell division and regeneration, everyone I am very grateful to the commentator for his careful and responsible explanation. The location of the laboratory is excellent. It is located in the cold spring port town on the north shore of Long Island. From the photos, you can see that the environment is very beautiful and very quiet. It is very suitable for research there.

This lab was formerly called the Eugenics Record Office. The ERO led the effort to pass eugenical sterilization laws throughout America beginning in 1910, after it was established by Charles Davenport. Tens of thousands of Americans were subjected to forced sterilization because of this center. The work done in this lab was cruel and unconstitutional. Please do not celebrate this institution. It's evil!
