The COI Group (Centre for Organisational Innovation) is an Australian company that provides a range of web based business improvement tools to organisations around the world.
COI was founded in Sydney Australia in 1998 by two established businessmen who developed a proprietary business improvement methodology called Effectiveness Profiling. Since then they have provided employee surveys, action planning tools and cloud-based continuous improvement software to organisations of all sizes.
In 2013 COI launched a range of free and low cost tools called Profiling OnDemand. These full featured tools allows businesses and business leaders around the world insight into their organisation and a structured methodology for actioning those insights.
