I have cleared all the rounds and even CEO round. They asked me to wait for many days to send offer letter and then they are saying requirement was changed..waste of time. They are just conducting interview for their fame to know everyone.dont get cheated. Go for some other company

Went for interview, no body is at the reception, no body is taking care of the people who came for interview. To me its a Unprofessional behaviour.

Yaa it's a good company, located behind the Ratandeep supermarket, in this building lots of companies are there, but this company is there in 11th floor, lots of projects are there, mostly they are hiring the people according to their projects requirements. What ever the project requirements the technology according to that they are hiring. The process of hiring for fresher is normal that all the companies follow like written, face to face after that HR round. You have to qualify all the round one after successively. Company give good packages fir fresher also. But they need some framework knowledge also from the fresher. But finally my opinion its a very good good company, go there and face the interview and take your luck......

Guys. Beware of it. Company is fake and only 10 employees are there. 3 guys will act like taking interview and they are asking for money. Be careful before going.

I read all below reviews before going for the Interview, majority of the reviews were pointing that firm is not good and interview process is fake, but then I thought, let's give a try.

After i and my friend was interviewed ( we both cleared all the rounds(3 rounds) and interview went well too), I was told that there recruiting team will contact soon.

And it's been a month, no one contacted, not even a informal/formal mail regarding selection/rejection.

So friends, they are not recruiting any one and just posting the job vacancy on different job searching portals for their advertisement. Why i am so sure is because I am seeing their job vacancy for last 4 months for the same post. Just think, what are they looking for that it's taking this huge amount of time to recruit.

TOTAL FAKE. DONT GO AND SAVE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME.

Some days are long but we as team see them more as a play . I sometimes feel that time flies while succumbed in my work which is cool & learning

Worst place and interviewer was worst and showing total attitude and don't ever care about fresher and they don't know how to interview also ,this is the first company where I got worst interview experience and first round was a technical round consist of toughest questions and after that second round they show attitude as their company is Microsoft or Google. guys don't ever go to that company u will get anger

This is the worst software company i have ever attended for interview. They just called us for an interview for internship with no stipend and no chance of taking into the company after the intern.

I attended interview for Experience candidates there will no written test they conducted i cleared it without proper seeing my profile they conducted completely automation interview though i said i didnt have realtime experience guy who is interviewing only asking automation not even single question on manual which is mainly required this company is not a big company also less employees only please check candidate profile throughly before scheduling an interview.By the way this office will work on Saturdays too.

I have started my careers as a fresher in the Cogent within short period i have realised that this is the perfect place to learn skills & work for a fresher like me even though salary is average, but fresher like me, getting change is the best thing & getting chance to improve our skills is the great thing. Working with experience people, lovable training by them. Always i prefer these kind of organizations. Cogent is a big MNC company but they are taking care of their employees, every skilled person will get recognized here.

Walk-in Interview - Initial Interview was about basic programming for technical people.
Written Tests about use of macros and knowledge of compilers. Very cooperative management team, my interview was very easy. In this company they are offering internships, this the best thing i can tell you.

I 100% recommend this company to join with them.
