Sad evolution of the CLUB MED ..... The prices have soared while the services have deteriorated! It wants to play in the yard of big resorts but just nothing to do! Nil after-sales service, lack of information and consideration of customers (we understood that the members' era was over) ... Quality G.O in the process of disappearing ... We were fans but that was before. We will do otherwise now. The club lost a family of 5 and many loved ones have already taken the plunge. Just a pity ...

Impossible to join anyone at the club for 2 days, nobody answers I have booked for March 26 a stay of 3 people at the Riad in Marrakech .., more than 7000 , I want to be reimbursed the club can not insure its service .. I can not postpone my trip until later .. my rentals for July are already made. Thank you for answering me .

Very disappointing experience on the Club med 2 golf cruise; the promised golf services have not been kept; the boat is old and very damaged. I will not see the Club Med Punta Cana, it was supposed to be my first club med but I was denied boarding in Paris for 20 minutes late, the flight was still 1:30 late, he left 2h40 after . Lived a real delay with the UCPA I took the flight thanks to them. Final 1600 lost (the money the money) and never again.

Tip: If you take Club Med, a tip, do not trust them, take your own flight.

The Club's headquarters is very welcoming and functional. Secured by a security lock. Beautiful architecture in front of a pond where the plant and the animal reigns. Rest area in front.
