Smith, PC was with Clint Smith. Also there was no pressure to hand over a debit card to get started ; there also was not one call or greeting card trying to get to choose his firm after the consultation. Clint Smith restored my faith in the process and that I could be helped. I chose Clint Smith and his firm, as he was very up front with me and able to answer my questions. He took the time to explain the things I did not understand. After my consultation I had a very good gut feeling about Clint Smith and his firm. I also had a few questions after the initial consultation before I retained Clint Smith and once again there was no pressure to use his firm. After hiring Clint W. Smith PC I had many questions throughout the process and his staff was always there to help and guide me through the process. I am medically disabled and needed some special help. The office worked with me to get things done and accommodate my disabilities.

Why I did not choose any of the other law firms that I had consultations with: One of the law firms I did not choose was one that you see running ads on the local nightly news. My consultation and experience with the slick TV ad firm was NOTHING like the slick commercial they ran. For one thing I did not talk to an attorney for the consultation, they pressured me to hand over my debit card and let s get started , I felt like I was buying a used car. They also bugged with me calls and then offered to match any price I got from any other law firm. More of that buying a used car feeling from the slick TV ad firm. Another law firm that I contacted pestered me with calls and greeting cards to choose them.

Clint Smith is an outstanding attorney. My husband had just passed away after a long illness and I found myself in financial ruin, needing to file bankruptcy. After meeting with another attorney (happy to charge me $200 for a consultation before stating I needed a bankruptcy attorney) I met with Clint. He was compassionate, matter of fact and patiently walked me through the process. His office staff was pleasant and accommodating. Even after my bankruptcy was discharged, Clint continued to assist me in dealing with the mortgage company and providing advice regarding the foreclosure auction of my home.
