Good morning,
I wanted to inform you of the great disservice I had today at your Clinic.I booked with you the exams prescribed by Dr. Pozzi Alessandro for suspected carpal tunnel, or emg and eng.On April 1st at the counter, complete with booking confirmation en 2021 85236 20210401 /111001/0148.I called on 06/04, ask for the code to give to my health insurance that did not find the correct one for the ENG, and I was told that my booking was canceled. It is not known who. rebooked, for the same date and time April 15th at 9 am.
This morning I go and magically I am NOT BOOKED and in my place there is another one.The neurologist cannot pass me and complete it until 12.40 and she cannot go further .... My job instead deserves to be left to lose 2/3 hours in order not to conclude ANYTHING. At most by grace received I was scheduled in a week so I had to cross the city again and lose 2/3 hours of MY WORK but I can do it for them. my Unisalute insurance which confirmed to me that no one on their part had canceled anything and that the aforementioned Cellini clinic is not new to this.My conclusion is that if you have to prefer a payer to an agreement with insurance funds, then REMOVE THE AGREEMENT.

A short time ago I booked a gynecological examination by Dr. Priolo with the assistance of Nurse Mimma. The visit was accurate and fast, everything was done with kindness and professionalism. Both my mother and I were very satisfied. I highly recommend this clinic.

Hello I wanted to tell you about my experience in the Celini Clinic. I was operated on April 6th for PLIF + L5-S1 lumbar disc herniation. I sincerely thank Dr. Demangos, Dr. Faccani together with their team in the operating room. They are really great, humans who do this work with the heart. They know how to give you strength and say a word of comfort in those difficult times. Then I was admitted to the third floor B, I thank Mrs. Maria (foreman) to all the nurses, oss and all the staff who took care of me. Dear, they never leave you alone, they always come by to see if you need something. You are really good people who do their job with passion and dedication. I recommend to go with confidence ... for me everything has changed, I don't have anymore pain in my left leg and now I walk with my back straight. Thanks you have really changed my life. May God bless you and all your loved ones, give you the strength to be able to take care of all the people in need. I send you a big hug and always stay that way. Thanks

Done Gastroscopy, this morning, I was anxious and very worried. I was greeted by a kind, attentive and very professional staff. The reception staff are also kind. In particular Thanks to Dr. Goss, who carried out the examination and to his nice, friendly and very professional collaborator. I couldn't thank them directly and I was sorry, because I fell asleep and didn't notice anything. Thank you, good job :)

from the moment of hospitalization to the beginning of the operation, no more than 2 hours have passed.
The nurses, some very young, are competent and nice, which make you feel comfortable.
Comfortable and clean room.

I have been admitted to humanitas Cellini in the foot surgery department twice and have had a great time both times. The staff, both doctors and nurses, were super professional, always very helpful and caring. The food for hospital food was good, despite my celiac condition. The hospital is very clean and anti-covid regulations are fully respected.

I was operated on March 17 and two days before I quickly performed all the examinations required to be operated on.
Everything perfect, and in just over half a day they made me a blood sample, ecg, x-ray, orthopedic visit, from the anesthetist etc.
The day of the operation I showed up early and at 9 am I was in the operating room.
Operation ok. Supraspinatus tendon arranged.
I want to offer my sincere congratulations to the entire medical team, to Dr. Ravera and Marenco, to the anesthetists, to the nurses, to the oss and to everything and I underline all the Humanitas staff of Cellini because they are truly 'beautiful people'. Kindness and care are wasted and having had to spend a night in the clinic, I was treated better than in a 5 star hotel.

I was discharged a few days after a back surgery, I wanted to thank you all, you have been really kind and professional, especially in this difficult time where it is not possible for our loved ones to be close to us. The rooms and bathrooms are spotless. Thank you very much to everyone especially the operating room and fourth floor staff.
