30th floor is the office of my business as being financial advisor of Prulife U.K

Just visited the place twice and it s just. Typical office building.

Needs to work on their Air Conditioning, especially at night. The elevators looks like your final destination. Looks good from the outside but a total negative interiors. Not recommended for a BPO business.

No parking space even for a bike. Unfriendly security & concierge.

The elevators maybe old and can get stucked at times but this place is like a second home for me.

Most elevators servicing the highest floors are not usually not working during the past few weekends I have gone there. Also, no restroom accessible at the ground level.

Business center that is accessible to public transport.

Elevators usually have issues. First Aid and emergency response protocol not being strictly implemented.

The guards here are very friendly. Though some of its elevator are not working, its fast not like others that almost stops on every floor without any people outside.

There are companies inside to check out for, for those who are looking for a job opportunities. 51talk is in here.. Unionbank and Metrobank is inside.
Also, (7/11) Seven Eleven is located inside too.
There is tapsilogan at the back which is good and affordable.
This building is secured by sec.guards.

7-11 inside. Security personnel does not perform well.

This is where our new office is located. Centrally located in Ortigas Center, equally near 3 malls. A lot of eating options. Elevators are often under maintenance, though.

Building Management does not have an established emergency procedure.

Creepy parking basement. They have security guards in the looby but proper security measures were not applied.

Elevators are always broken causing massive human traffic.

Elevators can be very busy and congested. This can lead to long wait time during certain times of the day.

Just passed by going to St Francis Square Corporate Center.

I worked in this building for over a year. My colleagues paid 60 pesos for parking a whole shift. They charged me 180 without setting expectations. I also heard complaints about certain female personnel being rude to office workers. The entrance floods as well. And there is no smoking floor.

You work, I work, everybody works. Except your head.

A high storey building located at Emerald avenue Ortigas Pasig City. One of the tallest building at the area. Big companies, such as Pru Life UK are located inside this building at the 27th floor. At the ground across the area is KFC. And More

This place is where my office is located. I am an insurance agent here in Pru Life Uk.
It is quite easy to find and near the road.

Parking fees too high.its a business for them and hard for our pockets.

Worst elevator and guards on duty (during the night)

Parking is costly if you will only come here for a quick visit.
