Extremely happy with the service! They made it super easy to switch. I also love the regular "Impact Reports" that tell me how much clean energy I've added to the grid and the positive environmental impact this energy has had. There's also neat information in each one about local clean energy farms. It's all very thoughtful and hopeful and absolutely worth the very slight increase of my energy bill.

I don't care if you claim not to be a scam company- legitimate businesses don't do this.
If you have to resort to tricking people into switching their provider and writing "this isn't from your provider, if you respond you are enrolled in our service" on THE BACK OF THE LETTER you are the lowest of the low.
I would rather pay more for an upfront company than one that does this to people who don't understand who they're giving their info to.
Save the "I'm sorry you had a bad experience" an apology is nothing without changed behavior.

Update: I got two today, clearly they don't care about the environment if they throw out hundreds of letters to everyone multiple times a month.
This is an amazing company - Clean Choice Energy. So environmentally friendly and responsible with "safe energy"....and all their bills are so much incredibly cheaper than what my "fossil fuel bills" were charging which were all extremely expensive for me. Now I pay almost "nothing" for my utilities....even air conditioning running in summer - only $20-$25 a month now. And that is how it should be - not dangerous "fossil fuels" eating up all your $$ and drastically polluting our precious environment in which we live in. And they also plant scores and scores of trees and take environmentally dangerous cars off the road. This is what we need in our future - this and solar panels and electric cars, etc.
From my experience, Clean Choice Energy is delivering on its promises. My electric power cost a little more than what the power company charges. But the cost difference is negligible and the good this does will be measured by our children's children.
Don't be fooled. This is VERY expensive. This is unreliable. This is NOT clean. This is not efficient. Wind mill composite are made with a petroleum base, take up huge amounts of land, kill birdlife. Solar is another story as well. Do your research. Watch Michael Moore's recent documentary - Planet's of the Humans.
I am committed to making sure that my energy resources are as clean as possible -- when it becomes more affordable (I am a senior on a limited income!), I want to switch to solar power for heating as well. This company is a scam, they send multiple letters from stolen database advising you that this a final notice to pay when you never subscribed anything with them. Very dishonest people and even more shameful that they advertised themselves as clean energy when they waste so much paper trying to scam people with fake bills
They are preying on your wish to provide clean energy. They say they are buying credits. Do they actually own and run solar systems? Where is their actual energy coming from? Do your homework and don't spend extra for no actual good.
