They take away the poop which is nice, but they must have paid the guy who made the website the same crap. It is almost impossible to pay your bill here. On the website is says "NOTE: TVWD customers have told us that this online payment process is very difficult to use. We agree and while the existing system is still available, we will be replacing the existing system. TVWD is now evaluating options for a new, third party payment site. Although this is a top priority for TVWD, the process will require several months to implement, including testing by a customer group. The new site will be available for customers sometime in 2017. Stay tuned for more information and thank you for your continued patience as we work to improve your online bill paying experience".
I emailed the company to say I couldn't log on and they responded by literally just copy and pasting that above into an email and sending to me... this was months ago. If you know there is a problem... why don't they fix it? I hope I never have a problem that they need to fix at my home because apparently it takes MONTHS for them to do anything. Unfortunately we have no other option but to use this crap company... no pun intended.

I have lived here since 1980, remember the rising water in 1996 in the retention pond next to my home, a year ago some bozo thought it would be fun to plug the drain on the pond south of me with a tv, these guys were on it like stat, on no worries my here about flooding in Aloha

These guys are great! Our property in what was once a semi-rural area is surrounded on two sides by stormwater ditches sending water toward Fanno Creek. After last winter's heavy rains, our yard was afloat and the ditches were overflowing. I worked with Clean Water Services to have the ditches dredged. Then we cleared invasive plants from along the ditches. Now Clean Water Services has provided free native plants which I'll have planted in the next few weeks. Everyone I have worked with has been most helpful and considerate!
