Clairvin provides a digital e-label service designed to help wine producers comply with the European Union regulation EU 2021/2117, which requires wines from the 2024 vintage onward sold in the EU to display ingredients and nutritional information. The service generates a compliant webpage in the 24 official EU languages along with a printable QR code for placement on wine bottles. Clairvin enters data once, applies automatic translation of legally fixed terms, and produces a QR code that complies with GDPR requirements by avoiding user tracking. The service is designed for French vineyards, particularly in the Bordeaux region, and offers support in French. It also provides permanent URLs, automatic backups, data export options, and architecture prepared for the upcoming GS1 Digital Link standard.
