Highly unprofessional company. After 3 rounds(over 10 hours) of in person interview for a management position they did not even have the professional courtesy to inform me that they did not proceed with me or provide any updates. Everyone's time is valuable and they should at least show some courtesy and update candidates. Moreover, beginning of one of the interviews one interviewer Grant McCallum stated that he is a very busy person and does not have time for interviewing so I should keep my answers precise and short. Please if you don't have time reschedule and don't take an interview. Don't insult the candidates by insinuating that you are the only person who's time is important. If just the interview process is this pathetic, I can't even think how poorly managed rest of the company is.

I absolutely love working at CFK, great people that's always willing to help each other out, this is the kind of workplace culture I love being a part of.

I am a trainer and visited the facility to privide training to the employees. It is a very friendly and safe environment to be in. All employees must wear PPE protective coverings due to pandemic which I appreciated.

Great Company but poor management. Too much politics & Favourtism. BTW one of the Extrusion operator Neal Russel absolute disgrace
