Civic really helped us on securing our first deal. They were very patient with us and help us till the end. Everything went well, from the point to the interest that they charged us. I will definitely use them again in the future as we tend to expand our investment portfolio.

I felt very comfortable using Civic Financial as a hard money lender. There were no hidden costs and everything was kept up front. Rance Brown was an excellent account representative and was always available to answer questions. I would not hesitate using them again.

Very professional and friendly, however BE AWARE OF FEES about 5-10k origination fees and if you do a fix and flip and pay it off before a year which is what you generally do they charge you about 7k for paying it off early so just take about 15k off your profit. Read the fine print
