contruction for CITIZEN 2 infront my house....
my neighbour also doing renovation..10am-5pm non stop drilling.
road to enter or go out from the condo always jammed.
unfriendly management staff.

A nice place. Very new i think about 2 or 3 months. Have great view of kuala lumpur at 37th floor garden with jakuzi. Perfect! Its just a little small.

The property developer has decided it would be a good idea to have construction on citizen 2 as early as 3 am and 5 am.

Maintenance needs to improve from landscaping/garden, lift, lobby. Admin is not friendly. Guards don't communicate well.

I'm one of the CitiZen owner, bought for own stay. There are many issues yet to be resolved, either by the management office, the defect team or the developer Binastra. Until then, this review will remain one starred.

Homestay rentable, comfortable only if you are looking for a bigger homestay

Residential condominium with good facilities for residents only with fabulous view of Kuala Lumpur city, Petaling Jaya and Subang area depending on the balcony direction.

the lifts are always having problems, the glass windows did not block the noises coming from the road, very noisy and sometimes the noises from modified cars/motorcycles running on the road can wake you up at night time, especially if you are staying at high-floor, and some more...

Low density condominium, strict security, co-operative residents, well maintained facilities for the residents such as swimming pools, kids playground and etc, surrounding within the condo is clean and clear.

Appartments are good. All facility avaliable swimming pool, function hall study room

Very nice condo with cool different lobby theme. There is also many swimming pool to relax and swim, for kids and adults. There is also gym room , games room that have ping pong, pool and foosball and also there is a party room to have function or birthday parties

Avoid block A at all costs. Super noisy all the time. Constantly hearing car and motorbikes from NPE. It s like living in the middle of highway.

Oh and by the way, the management is super lame. They won t attend to your unit defects unless you go there and follow up every day hoping they will arrange with contractors who show up without any arrangements on some random hours.

Bad management office and also very bad quality built with lots of issues

Lifts always spoil. They renovate at weird time hours that effect the residence. Developer should have taken action!!
