Wow! There is literally nothing better than coming home to a quiet apartment after a long day. The results were truly astounding and were noticeable immediately. My technician was Eddie and he made sure everything was just right. I could not be happier with the work that he did! Thanks so much.

I replaced all of the windows in my house and got two estimates. Michael was definitely the better deal and I liked the CitiQuiet windows he put in because the frames are thinner, look better and keeps our home quiet. They showed up on time and were very efficient and professional. The work was well done. The crew was neat and careful, and Michael was there to answer any questions or concerns. I love my new windows! Overall I am VERY happy.

Great Service. Ralph and Terrel came and installed our window in August. They respected and followed all building rules, such as temperature measurement, mask requirement, and wearing shoe covers. They took all precautions to prevent COVID 19 and installed two windows within 2 hours. They used hand sanitizer upon entering my room. The windows are awesome and the installation was permitted by my coop management,

We had all of our windows, including a skylight, soundproofed by the CitiQuiet team and the process was easy and seamless. (And it has made a huge difference in street noise; we're now living in a peaceful sanctuary). Because it was such a large install, we had a whole crew involved: Angel, Rich, Ralph, Andrew, Brandon and Terrel were great, friendly, efficient, and effective. The work they did was flawless and they did the whole house in just a few hours. Definitely recommend this group!

After moving to a new apartment on a noisy street, I decided to invest in a soundproof window. It has been a little over 24 hours since they ve been installed and it has been incredible. Angel and Andrew were on time and very nice. My window was done in less than an hour! Beautiful replacement windows and a pain free experience. To say CitiQuiet is amazing would be an understatement. We had all of the windows in our house replaced by him and his crew. Michael was easy to contact always. He is so knowledgeable and very hard working. He came over to measure everything and went over prices with me right then! I had consulted with about 7 other companies before I met CitiQuiet. They all left and sent me a quote days later. Once I saw mikes quote and level of care I knew he was our guy. The guys did an amazing job. They were polite, hard working and cleaned up after themselves. Michael came by multiple times to check the progress and to confirm we loved everything. I cannot believe what an incredible job they did installing our windows! Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient.
