The biggest theft that exists! The conditions for a visite parking permit clearly state that if an automatic payment is given that with a balance of 0.00 the balance will be increased by 15.00 euros. My balance was 9.50 and was just increased by 15 euros and was naturally debited from my account. I rarely get a visit and now I have a balance of 24.50.
