DO NOT BUY HERE. Especially don t make a deposit. He makes promises of clean vehicles and asked for a deposit before you come to see it. He doesn t say it s non refundable. So when you show up to see the vehicle and it s a crummy rust bucket, he keeps the money and smirks that it s non refundable. Watch out for Charlie Bell. He s the exact reason people think used car salesmen are slimy. Go to his Facebook page and read the reviews... oh wait... you can t. Because he has them turned off. Not a good sign people.

Very smooth buying experience, and the price was much lower than other dealers in the area for same model car. The car is in great shape too!

Charlie from citi auto is absolutely the best. From the initial phone call to the purchase he was professional, nice attitude, and gave great advice. They do everything here for you playes and all so you can leave with your car. No dmv trip. Great cars on the lot. I chose the 06 Buick Rendezvous which even he agreed was a great deal.
Might be a little out of the way for some but pmease trust me its worth the trip. Will update in 90 days to let whoever reads this know how the car runs and if i had any issues.

The owner of Citi Auto is the most dishonest person I've ever done business with! The brakes went out 3 days after I purchased the vehicle. The car isn't safe to drive and now needs $1500 brake line replacement. The owner persuaded me to conduct the transaction under the table in cash. He handed me the title with the previous owners information and told me "write whatever you want on the title".

DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE WITHOUT HAVING A MECHANIC LOOK AT THE VEHICLE!

This place is a scam - Charlie is not a good business man! When problems arise he runs out the back door and does not even acknowledge or apologize for the problems. However, the salesman is very nice and does a good job! Also, the mechanic and very nice too and he wants the best for the customer. All there cars are lemons! Lastly- I googled Charlie bell s name and I was not impressed to find out things about him. Overall, if you buy a car here make sure you drive it around a few times and really make sure you do a full inspection - and don t be afraid to haggle!

Good friendly guy. Took our needs into consideration. Financing is something you need to do at a separate place. Space Coast Credit Union works with them. But you must go to the credit union to apply.

Traveled down 2 hours to purchase a Honda Civic from here. Car was in GREAT condition. Driving on the way home, however, the vehicle overheated on us. I spoke with Charlie, and he had the vehicle towed back to his shop. Turns out a coolant hose had broken (no big deal, it happens from time to time and many cars.) While Charlie and his team fixed the car, it was unfortunately late on a Saturday and I had to get home, so we left, and awaited a phone call Tuesday morning once they were open again. Charlie called me 15 minutes after they opened and let me know the car was good to go, and THEN told me they were going to transport the car to me so I didn't have to go out of my way 2 hours to pick up the car. I have now had the car for 2 to 3 weeks, and have had the car on a lift at my personal shop, and have looked over it with a fine tooth comb! This car is in amazing condition and drives beautifully! Charlie and his team definitely went above and beyond to help us out, and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a used car!
