Stinkiest grocery I have ever been in. Outdated food, poor selection, and funny smells are just the highlights here.

Very clean great producto selection very good prices really good produce and meat department. They are the only place i could find great veal 7 chops and creole cream cheese. Great supermarket

Great neighborhood store. Circle foods been in the 7th ward since the beginning. Every time I walk in it brings back child hood memories of family shopping experiences. Circle has been through several disasters and has rebuilt each time. Perseverance is key. The shelves are stock with local items and employed with workers from the 7th ward area. It's not only wanted but needed in the success of rebuilding.

People were very helpful, the meat was on display nice.

This store is in a beautiful and historical important building and yet it is a right shame that this grocery store is so ill fiting for the neighbourhood. I don t know what they where thinking with the amount they ask for thier products. No one is ever shoping there when I go in whitch makes me thingk who they made this grocery store for in the first place? It certainly wasn t for the people of this neighborhood. It is a shame.

I'm thoroughly disappointed with the freshness of the food that is offered. Several times I visited the store to buy items that are expired. This neighborhood store can be so much better but it seems as though it's plagued with poor management.

Awesome grocery store. and mini shops inside. I bought a beautiful fleur-de-lis ring there. The grocery store has great deals on produce and everything is fresh

I can't say too much about Circle food store I do not shop there on a regular basis usually I go there around the holidays because they have good prices on their bell peppers and doing the winter time they have good prices on their greens

Welcome back Circle!! It took way too long, but the place is better than ever. My wife was moved to tears when she saw the new store.

After searching 3 grocery stores for bell peppers at a cost from seventy cent each to $1.19 each and finding out Circle Food store had them at 3 for $1.35 is why they get 5 stars

This store would be great if the cashiers weren't so openly racist towards white people.

Shopping at circle foods is a true pleasure. Staff are extremely friendly and personable, there's always great music playing which keeps you dancing through the isles of great produce and affordable goods. Very fortunate to live around the corner from this gem!

They Could have better deal but over all they're OK

I want to like this place, I really do. It's the closest grocery store to my house. I've had some questionable smelling meat from here, but really the thing that gets me the most is how rude the cashiers are every time I go in there. It bothers me so much I just take the time to drive the extra 15 min to the next grocery store.

Also, how crazy is it that you can't bring the shopping carts to your car. I always end up carrying all the bags the last bit of the trip. They should have an entrance on the parking lot side of things.

Love the produce, mostly from local farmers/growers
Prices are so much better than other stores

This is my favorite grocery store. It's so clean and well organized and all the employees are super friendly.. everyone smiles and says hello.. feels like small town shopping. Thank you guys :)

Awesome place to shop! They seem to always have everything I need with competitive prices. They have a nice deli and a large selection of fresh meats and vegetables, and they also have a great in-store pharmacy (Claiborne Discount Pharmacy) for even more convenience.

Store clean and well stocked . Not crowded and distancing being done. Good stock of meats and seafood also.

Decent small market that has pretty much everything you need.

I don't know if the store have New Management but there are never stalked on anything like it use too be they show favoritism to the one that they know security guard they was closing at 8 my husband was there at 7:30 they didn't want to let him in but let a woman and after we got in the car and no she didn't work there and that is really bad service

Employees are friendly. Great to have a supermarket in the area. Somehat pricey. Stock fresh meat early in the morning. Offer hot plates as well as poboy sandwich. After so many reward points, you can receive a discount on your purchase.

Cozy, food-market stylized grocer with retail chain prices. Fantastic produce, great selection of both name brand & local choices. Surprisingly competitive prices with that of large chain store. Support your neighborhood and shop local without sacrificing a penny.

The owner is so friendly. He gave us great suggestions and knew exactly where everything was in the store.

The store is a nice alternative for people in the neighborhood.

Well Circle Food Store , isn't like it was because it causes to bring it back to Circle Food Store and everything in this time causes.

One of the worst places iv been rarely have what you need and they price galge on slot of their items and have majority rude staff that will use you if possible.

I really enjoy shopping here. They always have decent prices especially on meat. They are also very friendly and helpful. The store however is in a rough area, therefore you must always be aware of your surroundings and never go there after dark. FYI, just recently all of the store's copper refrigertion tubing was stolen from the roof and they have had a very hard time getting all of the parts to repair the system. There is a very limited amount of refrigerated/frozen food available. Still all in all it's a very nice store.

Peaceful grocery shopping! Pleasure to visit , fair prices,Good wine ,hard to find beer brands, they may have it.

Will sell MOLDY fruit and vegtables. A lot of things over priced. Watermelon is an example. Will cut molding bellpeppers and SELL other half. Some cashiers and employes give terrible attitudes.

I've been going here since I was a kid in the early 90's. Went for the 1st time in 15 years since Katrina. It's turned in a nice neighborhood grocery with quality produce and seafood, nicer than the rouses I live next to now. So glad this store is still available to the community. Bring Bachemans back next door!

Racist store needed to be closed. Shouldn't whine about a food desert if you harass the people the people who would keep it open

Great selection including organic items and very competitively priced. The staff is knowledgeable, the music played in the store is awesome (think early michael jackson-esque) and you are supporting local business.

Not good your Turnip was soft and your Mustard Greens was Yellow and they where not stock well your Produce Department looks Bad clean up that department !!

It's a classic beauty, it has good food and it's a circle! I love the Circle Food Store for it's old world exterior market architecture to it's new, yet throwback interior. From highlighting the antique handpainted signage from the early 20th century, to exposing the gorgeous exposed wood beams, this place is a real beauty. They carry many items you can't get elsewhere as well as cater to a local diverse customer base. The lines are generally short and their customer service is people pleasing. Where else can you find cleaned rabbit or gumbo crabs for dinner AND get your taxes done? I love that!

Scene the old photos from the 1930s and it's amazing that it's still standing today this is a very historic area I was glad I came here
