Very hospitable..... Enjoyed the walks on the beach..... Restaurants are outstanding

Writing review for it..becoz i spent precious 3 years here working..2012-2015 ..very nice hotel in 5 star category..will offer everything wich a people expect to being in five star property..i have visited there as guest also..each n evry staff are polite n helpfull..view from this hotel is amazing..n jsust few kilometres from famous dona paula jetty..wich is main tourist attraction in goa..hotel has a public n beautiful beach..bt less ppl kniw abot ds so it is used as private beach only..caled as vagnium beach...with 4 restaurant n one cafe n two bars in wich one is pool side bar..its been favourite place for many film industry biggies..lyk nana patekar,prem chopra,kamal hasan,hritik,zayed, n many more..

It is my favorite 5 star property as it's a authentic Goan style hotel , everything from the Goan music in the bathroom to the lobby ,to the restaurant s lovelyy....

Eversince taken over by the Taj group...it shall loose its charm as a 'Goan' institution...owned by Goans & run by Goans...they were doing a goid job...hopefully massive commercialization wouldn't creep in! Best of luck!

Beautiful location, spacious rooms, well maintained infrastructure. Courteous services all around! Just perfect for a family getaway! Buffet spread was good but I would have enjoyed more dishes from the local cusine. Keep up the good work!

Resort's Own beach is a mesmerising experience. An evening or an early morning walk would be best. The shacks that come up during festivities and functions add to the beautiful scenery.

From arriving on the 11th January until the day we left on the 25th, the staff was amazing.
We were so looked after and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was fabulous. We were greeted by Nikita Fernandez who looked after us for the whole of our holiday. The view from our bedroom was amazing. The room was looking abit tired but everything else was positive.

Food was excellent. Very well managed. Service was superb.

Decent property in Goa with its own exclusive private beach. However it's food is real disappointment.

Amazing place to be at. Humble staff. The rooms are distinctive and yet beautiful. The scenary is amazing. Especially the balcony view of rooms that are facing the sea. The buffet has a huge variety and the fish items are a delicacy. The blueberry Cheesecake is something one must surely try. The only let down was that the bathroom cum toilet didn't have proper air ventilation, else it was a 5 star experience.

Pathetic experience not even a 3 star anymore. Rooms were unclean spiders n ants and mosquitoes in room. Staff wasn't trained to be polite. If u r looking for self service kind of hospitality u can go for this but if u look for luxury this is not the place.

Very nice hotel.. It has its own private beach. Water sports are available. Food is also good..

The Hotel is located with private beach which is very clean. It was a wonderful experience at cidade. It was good decision to hangout with my family and friends at this hotel. They have nice ambience and very good supportive staff. Food was very delicious. Thanks to Chef Ravindra who made it wonderful by customising our food.

We stayed for 2 days. The rooms with sea view was good and also baby friendly. The food was also good. Room service was also good. However, at one point we requested the baby food to be delivered to room from the restaurant. They said that the food will be delivered a bit late but ultimately no one came. The tour cab driver we took from the hotel was cooperative and customized our plan. A bit pricey but worth the money. The private beach could be better. The sea was dirty and not blue at all.
