Chocolotier Blue

Went in with high expectations due to the signage chocolate gallery as we have come to Katooomba for a small get away and was sadly disappointed.
Food was good and great range of quality chocolates as well as customer service~

Cute little chocolate cafe and close to Echo point, the chocolate was excellent.

We have been to this place number of times. Have taken overseas tourists there too. We had a good service until the last time we went there last sunday. After we had sat down and settled to order the cafe lady said "we are doing only take away we are closing" we were there an hour before the advertised closing time. That was very poor customer care. They coukd have told about not serving as we entered 7 of us! Sorry may not visit you again!

A chocoholics wonderland, can't say more except the staff are very friendly, but so would I be if I worked there!!

Great place, with friendly staff, and a great selection of tasty chocolates. The hot chocolate is great in the way we get to melt our own chocolate in hot milk. Great place overall.

Wonderful service and products, only problem is I'm not sure if I'm used to milkshakes made with real chocolate.

Went there for the chocolates (it was 5.20pm, the door tag says kitchen closes at 5.30pm yet the lady said the kitchen is closed at 5 and they have run the dishwasher so no more cakes being served on site and even insisted for us to have our cakes in a takeaway boxes outside the cafe instead of inside) and i would say we are dissapointed with the "specialty" chocolates given the price tag and good reviews online. I have tasted much better chocolates at Hunter Valley with the same price and needless to say we're not gonna buy chocolates there anymore. We are still interested to try the chocolate drinks though.. :) but next time we have to come at 4 pm the latest just to be safe.

best chocolate ever first time in Australia and im already addicted to this chocolate too bad it has only 1 shop at katoomba i wish there were other branches in mall or the streets

The Staff are remarkably professional and friendly! I came in with my family and they didnt hesitate to accomodate to the large order for the day. The ladies there were quick and friendly, good to see a fresh smile and great service. Well done!

We got to see the chocolates being made and taste test them before buying some, they tasted delicious. Nice tasty range. Very friendly staff.

We Googled where we could find the best thickshakes in the Blue Mountains - as recent Leura locals we've yet to find a decent thickshake in our neighbourhood. We'd never hear of the Blue Mountains Chocolate Company, but went and checked it out, and were so impressed. They really are the best thickshakes in the mountains! And the Cheesecake is to die for!

There is an actual chocolate factory within the cafe which you can see while dining there. Makes the experience a lot more fun. Chocolate tastes good and staff are friendly.

This place is a must for anyone visiting Katoomba, the chocolates are to die for and the hot chocolate alone is an experience in itself.
You're given a tall glass with a candle underneath, heating the warm milk whilst you place the chocolate pieces in to melt while you're drinking. Truly unique, would definitely reccomemd for anyone stopping by.

We had a small selection of chocolates from this store. Loved every one of them!

Who does not love chocolate. Here you find pure chocolate, hot chocolate, pralines and chocolate cakes. So make yourself happy.

Country side ambience with a homely interior. Good handmade chocolates and Hot chocolate. Prices are reasonable.
Most of the chocolates are eggless. Didn't try the cakes though.

This place is a little hidden gem. it was really great chocolate quality and there were a variety of flavours. The hot chocolate was especially good.

Great place with a beautiful terrace. You can enjoy their products while the kids have fun in the garden's playground

Good place to stop for a snack or a meal if hiking the blue mountains. pretty interesting set up for the chocolate drinks. carries a wide array of products as well but did not try them.

Lovely team member, was very delightful and the food was really delicious!

Love the chocolates but there is something lacking about the store for me. There is a rather basic fell to the store and general presentation. A combination of a continues whine from the kitchen, combined with radio intertainmet just added to the drub presentation of the store. This takes nothing away from the chocolates, I just would not bother to enjoy them in the store. Take them home.

Love this place. Kids love this place. Awesome hot chocolate tea candle warmer .add choc buds, milk and stir. Nice little playing area outside.

The apple pie was delicious and the hot chocolate delicious and fun. Wonderful range of chocolates to buy too.

Absolutely delicious. Iced coffee and chocolate one of the best we ve had. Yummy chocolates too. Very friendly and happy welcoming staff make all the difference. We were later in the day after a bush walk so didn t get to see any demonstrations. Might have to come back.

Took a while to bring our food and drinks out. Shame they used a chocolate topping on their dishes instead of melted chocolate.

You should try the cake, any cakes, very tasty and very chocolate haha...and also the hot chocolate...so worth the price :-)

To die for ended up going their 2 time in a day definitely get the chocolate think shake it s about $8 we ll worth it

Great place too sitting for a little bit and have one of ther real hot chocolates and a choice of ther many different cakes ,and ther is chocolate samples if you choose,the many different choices of dark and milk chocolates is quite substantial so may be alittle bit of a hrad decision the staff is extremely good and very accommodating the day we were thet it was quite cold and foogy but they let us in alittle early to get warmed up which was quite great .

Good thick shake, 3 flavours to choose from, choc, vanilla & strawberry. Chocolates not bad either. A restful place to catch your breath if walking. Restroom clean and roomy. Plenty of tables to sit at

As a local who has grown up in the blue mountains and has regular hot chocolates with friends and family. I am far from impressed that you denied my mother to use the bathroom due to ''hygiene purposes' when you had other customers walking in and out of them. My mother has sever osteoporosis, and other underlying medical conditions which makes it incredibly hard, not to mention the nearest available bathroom would be in the main shopping town center for her to access. I suggest you close ALL bathrooms off if this is how you're going to treat your customers shame on you!
