The attention is fast and the dishes are rich. I recommend the vegetarian burrito and the quesadilla. You can add the toppings you want and assemble as you want. The prices are according to the quantity of the dishes. It is well located and easy to access. Hau chairs and tables available inside and ...
Hands down this place has the best grilled fish tacos I've ever tasted. A few years back, my foodie companion and I stopped by this place on a whim and now anytime we're nearby, we make a point to come here. The fish is lightly sauteed with either Cajun or butter garlic seasoning then finished on th...
My wife and I hit this place up every chance we get. We tell everyone we know about it who visits this area. Had lunch there 3 days out of 4 on this trip.
I had an Awesome late lunch here today, about 2:30pm. I can recommend the grilled fish (Cajun style) corn tacos. The fish was cooked to perfection. They re generous portions and I got 3 huge tacos for $9.75 I added an order of chips and salsa, pico de gallo. Their hot salsa is flavorful with a hot ...
Had the Baja shrimp tacos and almost made me puke later day - probably a mild case of food poisoning. Dirty kitchen (and tables) and whoever the brunette working the front counter was shouldn t have a job interacting with humans. She s not at all suitable for that task. Frozen margaritas are way too...
Food was really bland. Most of the flavor came from the tortilla and the caramelized onions, which they only added a small amount to the burrito. The bathrooms were also very dirty. It wasn't expensive, but the portions were small and bland. Overall experience wasn't worth it.
I have to say that the evening my husband and I came in we would have left if not for the young lady at the register. Our burritos were made incorrect and the guys on the line were bickering amoungst each other of who was at fault. I believe she said her name was Jennifer, she stepped in with a smi...
This place blows my mind. You can't go wrong here, but their Baja Fish Tacos are definitely the best I've had ever!!! Working next to this place is definitely going to be dangerous for me!
We can't get enough! It took me a few years to try this place out and I will never go back to those 'other taco places' again! Locally owned and absolutely delicious!!!!!!
Great burritos. I call these guys Chipotle 2.0. Baja Fish combined with Cajun Shrimp on a Southwest Tortilla and it's heaven on your palette. Definitely a good place to grab a bite and relax.
The food was beyond amazing prices are a little high but so is everything in this area, so in reality the prices are pretty normal for this area. But the food, taste, and service was totally worth it!!!.
I typically don't order fish because, well it tastes fishy. I took a chance here based on the reviews and the baha fish taco was amazing! Everything tasted great. To top it off, this place has the first "compostable" straws that function as well as plastic. Finally my prayers are answered!
Amazing fish tacos. You can't go wrong if you order them. I have always had the Baja style shrimp and fish. Great sauces for the fish and shrimp. I rated this place 4 stars because sometimes the staff can be a little off putting.
Good food when the employee listens to you and gets your food right. I ask for grilled shrimp tacos they give me fried then instead of asking what I want on it they just go down the line and start putting whatever on it then at the end they say anything else? Well I didn't have a choice in what's on...
Very expensive, plus they charge you more for every single topping in your burrito. Served cold and staff was not friendly. Environment was crowded and noisy. Good enough for a $6-7 burrito but cost $12-14. Would not recommend. Edit: I said crowded, not busy. There were not many people there making...
Great fast casual Baja inspired Mexican establishment. Got their Baja fish tacos which their known for. Alaskan pollock was hand battered and dipped right in front of you. Came out with an immense crisp. Delicious. The quesadilla at the table across from me had beautiful grill marks on it. You can t...
Delicious food. Doesn't matter what you get, it's going to be good. Occasionally I'll notice the workers seem a little off, but they DO have to deal with the tourists.
Best Baja shrimp tacos I've ever had! Went in when they were slow and when they were slammed and the taste was still consistent. Cannot get enough. Easily a favorite spot when I come up the mountain!
Good food at halfway reasonable price. The entire staff looks stoned every time we visit. Wish they would hire people that don't look like they should be working in a dispensary. I'm serious they are all stone heads and need to bathe more than once a week.
Such a gem and the secret seems to have been getting out over the years. Crushes chipotle, more of an Illegal Pete s vibe, but maybe better. If you re in Keystone or Breckinridge area it s a great place to stop and enjoy a burrito and their fish tacos are great!
Hands down some of the best fish tacos in Colorado. Everything is made fresh to order, and I ve never had a bad experience in my three years coming here. The employees are always super friendly, and the owner is awesome. Definitely a summit county favorite.
Foods great but they charge full side prices to add 1/8 size portions if rice and beans to a quesadilla. Independently. So it gets expensive, If the food wasn't good I wouldnt give it 5 stars though.. just out of price point for a weekly stop
Absolute gem! If you're considering Chipotle, go local instead. More options like fish and shrimp for tacos or burritos. Even their chips are delish. Service was friendly.
Cozy. Relatively affordable prices. Some dang good steak tacos. The crispy rellano was tasty too. For comparison's sake, t's fast casual tacos and burritos Like a QDoba or Chipotle...but better.
Fantastic place. The guys there are super nice and they all know how to wrap a burrito. The shrimp and fish were freshly cooked to order and they were delicious. All the sauces were really good and our server suggested sauces that would go well with our meals which was cool. The sauces at the tables...
Got massive order for co workers and they handled it with ease. They don t take phone orders for large orders, so the people behind us were not amused. I had grilled shrimp tacos with no cheese. Nicely done. Everyone else had fish tacos and More
Small taco place with a big bite. We spent some time waiting in line at this place but for good reason. It s a similar type setup to a chipotle but with a more mom&pop type feel too it. The food was excellent and the staff worked their butts off to keep the line moving. Pricing was pretty decent. Se...
Everything was great. Food was great. The manager, short Hispanic woman, very mean, very rude. She was very rude to the African American worker, yelling all the time, very unprofessional. Won t be coming back.
Unfortunately the food quality seems to have taken a hit. Which is a bummer for us! We visit the area twice a year for all of vacations and Chimayo was our go to place to eat good food. We used to recommend it to everyone we met. This time however, the food was tasteless and completely bland ( seeme...
I would call this a higher quality version of Chipotle and QDoba. The burritos were filling and delicious. If I'm ever in the Denver area again I would definitely stop by.
Had the steak tacos and it was pretty good. Reminded me of a better version of Chipotle. Their hottest sauce definitely has great flavor and a nice kick to it. Thanks!
Service here is a joke. First dude greated me with a cold what ll you have? with a slight annoyance to his question. I get it, you just had a good 5 minute conversation(while I patiently waited to order) with your buddy ahead of me about how you haven t gotten to snowboard much because you work al...
I've been going here for years! Definitely one of my top 3 places to eat on this side of the county. People describe it to those who have never been there as "similar to Chipolte/Q'doba". I guess the process is similar but that is all. Most things are made to order(shrimp & Fish) and whatever isn't ...
