The Service Department of Simpson provides very good service, though I had to wait a while as Covid restrictions had just been lifted. The customer service is excellent as usual.

The trip to this establishment was good ,fast ..customer service was good, efficient. Quick turnaround. DO NOT CARE FOR THE LOCATION...GETTING to ,and leaving from there,is really a challenging task even for the best drivers. The time frame made the trip and business transactions easier.

Have had to go there to purchase original Suzuki parts for my vehicle. The staff in the parts Dept have been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when I needed parts or help with certain things. The prices are reasonable considering you're getting original parts and not aftermarket stuff. I would definitely recommend Simpson motors if you're fussy about your vehicle parts as I am. Tha k you for all your help.

Staff is knowledgeable and the guys are very friendly. Someone usually calls to see if everything was ok. Not a bad set up. It's clean and spacious. Sanitizer everywhere. No complaints at all
