Interactive face motion game to support children with speech and face disabilities. Join their pilot studies to find out how CheeksUp can meet your needs!
Any therapy process is a long-term commitment for everybody who is involved. Oral motor speech exercises are repetitive and tedious. In those cases keeping attention and motivation to reach the goal becomes the biggest challenge. Especially keeping the attention of a 4 year old, whose language receptors in brain are the most fit to work with.
Regularity of sessions is proven to be the most important factor to achieve results - Cheeks Up ensures that kids perform both when working with the therapist and home. Our gamification elements ensure that kid stays engaged while technology behind it delivers instant biofeedback by monitoring facial muscle and tongue position and movement.
They are using blue screen as initial motivator, continuing with engaging elements and adding a value to new technology with a serious game behind the scenes.
