I work with clients worldwide using RTT - a specialised form of hypnotherapy devised by Marisa Peer. I also utilise other methods of hypnosis, including change techniques and conversational reframing. Bespoke hypnosis audios may also be created. The type of sessions I offer usually provide significant improvements within 1 to 3 appointments and I work with men, women and children using a tailored approach. I can treat most issues but mainly work with anxiety, low self-esteem, low self-worth, self-sabotage, PTSD and trauma, phobias, and limiting beliefs of all kinds. I work flexible hours, in person and online, including evenings and weekends. In person and online sessions are available. I am based in Thurso, Caithness - in the Scottish Highlands, but as mentioned above, treatment can also be incredibly successful online. I am a fully-insured practitioner holding multiple hypnotherapy qualifications, including psychotherapy. The first call with me is free. Business Hours: Mon - Sun : 09:00am - 06:00pm
