The hotel is very nice,clean and stylish. It was a pleasure to stay there.
The only, and in my opinion important point that was disappointing is the amount of single use plastic that we could find in the hotel.
Candy at the reception, soaps wrapper in plastic, shower and shampoo and the most ridiculous- plastic cups wrapped in plastic foil for putting your toothbrush in. I think these days there are plenty of options to use fixed bottles for shampoo and shower gels , which are possible to refill,as well as bar soaps without the packaging.
I believe there are a lot of things to improve and hopefully the change is gonna come! For the rest, his hotel is a great place. I wish they will develop a better awareness to the plastic problem.

Top location, nice, clean room and super helpful staff.

A great hotel centrally located in Maastricht at the station. The beds are of good quality. They are therefore Auping beds. Nice breakfast at the neighbors. The reception staff are very cheerful, friendly and helpful. All in all, a great hotel for a weekend in Maastricht. Or to discover the surroundings of South Limburg by public transport. Recommended!

Poor hotel, bare rooms, and therefore the price is unreasonably high. Friendly staff, which is very clearly saved.

Just opposite Maastricht station and very affordable price 57 the single room.

On the other hand completely crazy breakfast price 17 ... so we had lunch next door at Douwe Egbert it was very good.

The rooms are white with charm although very basic. The bedding is too comfortable and that's important .

Staff also very charming.

In short a perfect place and unpretentious place for a stopover in Maastricht with friends or for work. Not really for a romantic weekend.

Great staff, we recieved a free upgrade. Because the room type we booked was overbooked. The toilet didn t lock perfectly and the sink plug had a bit of an attitude. Nonetheless a great experience.
The free spa entry was great as well, be sure to bring your own bathing suite.

I didn't think the price / quality ratio was right. We paid 235 for a very mediocre triple room.
At first we had a room at the top, for which we had to climb all kinds of stairs. That was one
cramped room with one small skylight. After a complaint we got a different room, but not much better
In any case with 2 large windows. It wasn't really clean either. We will certainly never go to this hotel again.

Price quality ratio was perfect !! It was a nice clean room and I am convinced that I could not have found a better room in Maastricht in this price range. In addition, the service desk employees were very nice, the rain shower was divine and the beds were heavenly. If I stay in Maastricht again, I will definitely come back!

Stylish hotel in the heart Maastrichst. There is a deduction for the non-existent bathroom door, about which we were not informed before.

The rooms were very simple but very neat and clean. I liked the overall atmosphere of the Hotel. A lot of quotes and other kinds of text could be found on the walls and other factors gave the hotel a kind of "playfull" feeling. Friendly staff, we arrived very late but a manager came to us right away. The beds were nice and our room had airconditioning which we really liked. Would recommend.

I stayed here for 2 weeks, great position, near the center, bus and the train station people here are really nice and helpful, the room was great, bigger then other hotels near Maastricht, with a big window, view to the train station. The breakfast is really good and lot to choose from, the cleaning is daily, changing towels and other things for the bathroom, the only thing that bothered me was that they didnt clean the floor... after 2 weeks in one room, there was a lot of dust of course and the same sheets, but maybe for this you have to ask, I dont know, didn't ask. Overall it's a great place to stay, I will recommend it.

A great hotel with good facilities. Strategically located near the Maastricht station. The staff is friendly and attentive. Clean rooms and a good breakfast. Keep in mind that you have to pay extra for breakfast. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms, do not, because you pay a lot for cleaning costs. Downside we found that the price of the rooms are relatively expensive when Andre Rieu is visiting the city

Nice place, not suitable for workers, breakfast is served at different times depending on the day, strange.
The rooms do not have enough space for sleeping places, there is no heating in the bathroom.

Great, friendly hotel! I truly enjoyed my stay here in Maastricht. The people at the reception will help you with everything you need. The windows cancel the streetnoise perfectly. I recommend this hotel for sure and will come back in the future.

Very nice hotel, we went to visit our son and girlfriend, we showed them our room, we and they found the hotel a must for their next guests who needed an overnight stay. Ideal location opposite the station.

We had a really nice stay and the staff were very friendly. It's in a great location right by the station and parking is just two blocks down the road. They have a nice breakfast selection at the restaurant next door. Definitely recommend this place for the price and location.

Special experience, low prices. Structure furnished in a very original way. Although near the station it is very quiet and very clean. I absolutely recommend. They provide a bag of crackling sweets included. Very good breakfast.

Simple hotel with perfect location opposite Maastricht station. Complete but small rooms without extras. Huge noises, lots of noises from the corridor and the rooms next door. It is strange that you cannot check in a minute earlier than 3 p.m. on Saturday and then have to check out before 11 a.m. It is ridiculous that the breakfast buffet should cost no less than 17 pp. Fortunately, Maastricht has enough places to have better breakfast for less money.

Nice concept, great location and room. And really good bed and mattress; this is important.
But a bit of a well-refurbished hostel. Quite noisy due to the construction. Breakfast was a bit disappointing in terms of care and freshness of fruit. Everything could be a bit better if you ask such adult prices.

As a birthday gift for my eldest son, a weekend trip to Maastricht together, top hotel with fun craziness, but with all the necessities available. And delicious breakfast. No restaurant facilities now due to corona measures, but that did not spoil the fun, everything could be delivered to the room. Hotel was centrally located, nice walk to the shops and a fifteen minute drive by car to look for nature for a nice autumn walk.

The little extras at the desk are great fun and everyone who works there is hospitable and nice. Also, the room we stayed in (4 person room) is very spacious. The only thing that irritated us a bit was that the floor of our room was very dusty so it indicated that it was not (properly) vacuumed.

Very nice hotel, we had a large family room with a large bunk bed. Knderen thought it was great, only they were giving breakfast for children. For the rest it was super friendly staff.

Quirky clean hotel. Polite staff and stick insects to rent. Within view of the station. Ask for a room facing away from the station since there is on going construction. Double glazing screened out most of the noise.

It is a highly recommended hotel. It is new, modern, and very clean. The interior is very nice and original, especially the golden gun to show that you don't want to be disturbed in your hotel room. There is also a parking close by, definitely recommended for a weekend in Maastricht!

Fantastic! Despite all the measures, the Kaboom Hotel has ensured that our first weekend away as a family was one to remember. Excellent service, modern and clean rooms and a central location in relation to the center of Maastricht. The breakfast and dinner, provided by Flavourz, was very tasty. Spacious rooms, fun decorations, just renovated. The premise is great, bright and located at the main train station. Generous breakfast and lovely terrace to hang out.

Respectable price in an unbeatable location. The entire establishment aims for a 'quirky' atmosphere, which is usually cute, though it does border on irritating.

The two rooms I experienced were clean, fresh, and modern, if a touch small. The location is opposite the train/bus station and a small grocery store, which was fantastically convenient.

Perfect location opposite the station, offers affordable parking nearby. Details in the hotel are beautiful and hilarious. Wonderful beds and as a gadget freak that semi-automatic toilet at the reception is great!

Good value for money! The 4-person room was more spacious than expected. The hotel is located next to the station and the center of Maastricht is within walking distance, so definitely recommended for a weekend in Maastricht! The staff were also very friendly and we were able to drop off our luggage before we could check in and leave it after check out!

This hotel is very clean, cosy and friendly. With different breakfast options, buffet and continental, this hotel is sure to suit the wishes of different visitors. Being across the street from the train station makes the location ideal. Right in the middle of Wyk and only 10 minutes of a cosy walk to the centre. Highly recommended!

Hotel with a modern look, good beds, modern bathroom and good service. After it was reported that the lamp above the sink was broken, it was made within 10 minutes.
Hotel uses good security, by using key card for every departure. Even the elevator is only accessible via the key card. Friendly staff. Recommended!

A minimalist and modern concept makes the Kaboom Hotel a good place to stay in Maastricht.

Despite the minimalist design, you don't get a "cheap" feeling. The room is equipped with all necessities and a comfortable bed.

The hotel is right next to the station and a 10-minute walk from the center. When we complained about the room we were treated well and the problem was quickly resolved. Very nice and friendly staff, highly recommended!

Always a pleasure! Small but excellent, especially the beds. If you're out and about all day and just need the best place to crash, this is it.

Nice hotel, good location and decent breakfast. Staff are friendly and rooms are clean. One thing that is special about this hotel is its design - it's unique and fresh and leaves a lasting impression. Overall a nice place but with two downsides: the price and the rooms are a tad cold in winter. The price could be lower for weekends but it's understandable that people usually visie Maastricht on weekend breaks. If you can, try staying here during weekdays, much cheaper.

Very neat hotel with large beautiful rooms and a fantastic shower with hard jets. Friendly staff. We had a 4 person room with 1 single beds with a perfect mattress. Also a large XL TV in the room. And a central location. Everything within walking distance.

Amazing hotel, you did not hear the trainstation at all

As a joke I had asked for a photo of a golden retriever in the room and they had really put it up, super nice! Furthermore, everything was super clean and the beds were wonderful. This hotel is highly recommended!

A matter of taste. Not ours. Rooms inconvenient. We get lost in the corridors. Few hooks in the huge bathroom. No wardrobe for clothes, etc., etc.

We felt completely at home in this hotel! Fine rooms, comfortable beds, outdoor space was called by us "I'm going to the chill room". The reception staff were very nice and approach you as if you are not a number or a distant guest, but just very nice. The location is also good, Maastricht is not that big so you are everywhere like that. We made extensive use of public transport bicycles that you could get right next to the hotel, ideal. Recommended!

Stayed here for 2 days with girlfriend. Have been here before and it remains a nice hotel with nice staff and nice services. Prosecco on arrival, your shoes are cleaned for you etc. However, for me the beds didn't sleep great. I found them a bit hard and they were two separate beds, so you can't beat your partner. Unfortunately you cannot get a mattress topper for this. A double comforter was also not available. Blankets far too short for me as a person of 1.93 and slept badly through all these things. Can get extra blanket. It is sometimes in the small things. A bath mat could be requested at the reception. However, when they arrive, they indicate that they do not have bath mats and I get an extra towel for this.

Very bad, for one night a room without windows so it was worse than a prison curtain dividing from bedroom to bathroom. We have been to many hotels but we have never had it that bad.

Very pleasant stay in this hotel at Christmas time. The staff are charming, welcoming and patient. The hostess even made the effort to try to speak to us in French even though I had given her the possibility to speak to me in English. The room may be a bit tight for 4 in terms of traffic. But the bathroom is spacious and the shower very large and well equipped. The hotel is very clean and original in terms of decoration and fittings (little extra for the little messages on the tiling in the rooms and the "do not disturb" in very original format ...). The beds are very comfortable and the room soundproofed. Small downside: the exorbitant price of breakfast (17 euros !!!). It is an unlimited buffet in the hotel restaurant which is very complete and quite good, it must be admitted, but the bill is steep especially when there are 4 of us.
In summary the Kaboom Hotel is a very good establishment to stay in if you are passing through Maastricht, but there is certainly a way to have breakfast or brunch in one of the many cafes in the center for less.

This is for sure the best hotel regarding quallity/money in Mastricht and even further arround :) Location next to train station and only 10min walk to Maastricht centre is excelent. Rooms are something special.. look on pictures! Rooms are big enough and very clean. Breakfast is in restaurant Dadawan just next door , brekfast is like in most of hotels a lot to choose from to eat and drink (pictures of Dadawan also below). Hand written note for every guest when you arrive in your room! They have a lot of other offers for guest (see pictures).
