The worst!! Techs very inexperienced just good for basic tech problems no understanding of specific software issues or problem solving skills. Billing isnt transparant and very dubious no written clear explanation of what a billable versus non billable issue is which is very unprofessional. They should Not promote that they have non-billable issues that they service because the reality is every time you call them you get a huge bill. Just a very young group of inexperienced people especially the owner who is only there when it s regarding past due invoices that s about it. And the riot of it all is there pricing is comparable to other companies that have way more experience People but unfortunately were in a contract so can t leave this horrible company.

In 2017 we became a customer of Charles IT. Our company could not be any more satisfied. Their response time is impeccable. Their professionalism and expertise is top notch. I highly recommend them. Thanks to the services of Charles IT we were able to telecommute without a glitch during COVID.
