Chambersburg Ymca

I have gone this local Y as a guest so many times over the years while visiting family town, and I love this place. April is a wonderful administrator who really helped me get the experience I wanted- systems may change over time and she is making those changes seemless for the patron. Great pools and locker room, as always. Thank you April!!

The Chambersburg YMCA has been like a second home to me for more than 40 years. My children have participated in many of the excellent programs offered before they went to college.My husband is also a very active member and volunteer. We are very pleased to this day with the programs offered and the friendly, caring, staff.

We have always felt the preschool program has benefited out children at the Y. Kim and Roseann in the child center are very,very, dedicated we are lucky to have them. Ms. Angie is also great with our kids in the pool. Our children really love going to the Y, and we know they are in good hands there.

There is definitely something for everyone here, even my little one! She is in the discovery center and it is really great. The teachers are phenomenal and I am so happy that we realized they had a preschool program available. Between that and the gym we spend a lot of time here.

So I m working up is awesome today were getting the tie-dye and die one white shirt everyone gets to doing it that s good also they have other things to Jen for adults they also have like another gym that s Fisher gym that s down the hall you can also find Edwards Jen and one other

Chambersburg Memorial YMCA is a great place to work out. They have some of the most kind and helpful employees I ve ever met.

My family spends a lot of time here. My kids love getting involved in all the programs and activities that they offer and my husband and I are pretty involved too. There is a lot to do here and the staff is awesome.

This will be one star until they remove the mask while you lift mandate that was recently introduced fall of 2020

Positive Experience-the staff here is very helpful, professional and supportive. I left here when my husband and I moved to Waynesboro, PA almost 3 years ago. I had a positive experience while I went here, lost over 80 pounds from diet and working out 5-6 days week, 4+ hours each workout, classes and gym workouts. I hope to join the YMCA in Waynesboro, PA in next few months, depending on my recommended spinal surgery. I haven't worked out regularly since I underwent my first total knee replacement May 2016, my husband diagnosed suffering with cancer and his going through treatments, etc..

I was pleasantly surprised when I started going to the Y for their Live Strong fitness program. The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a wide variety of programs for all ages and plenty of machines to work out on.
