I m a manufacture mobile home License agent, she has listed her ex-husband manufacture mobile home I wasn t aware at the beginning that the property was listed one because her husband is the one who shows people the home and give the price 2nd my client spoke directly with him because he was showing it, My client contact me provided me with sellers information, later on found out that in fact he had an agent. I summit an written offer by email to Elizabeth Villalobos she sopposted to give me an answer but instead she contact my buyer and disclose all details about commission with him she also offer him to represent him SHE told my buyer that I wasn t a license agent and that my paperwork wasn t legit, I have been doing this for almost 11 years and I have never met someone so hungry. After my client call me he express the unfortunate situation, he told me that he told her many time that he was going to work with me because he has done deals in the past with great results.
When I call Elizabeth she told me that her seller wasn t going to take my offer because he had several offers. After I confronted her with the thrut she said her broker told her to no to deal with me because I wasn t a license agent, I call her broker but till this time he(she) haven t return my call. I m wandering if that is how she make her living stilling client form other agents and making false statements.
I m definitely will make a formal complaint with the Business Bureau and any other institutions that applies the codes of ethics.
Please stay away from this agent who knows what else she has done.

This is an agent with some real common sense and zeal. He has a great attitude, while also being very nice and friendly. He has a great amount of experience and education, but more than that he is just real. I like how well he knows his local and surrounding communities. He is very on the ball too, getting back to you very fast with updates and always answering his phone. Buying and selling can be difficult, and with a teammate like him on your side it is so much more seamless. I am excited to finally have the whole process behind me, and a new friend. Debby Kelly, Realtor sends me tons and tons of junk mail, even thought I told her I am not selling my house. Annoying and a waste of $$$ on her part. I won't be using this Reality Office in he future.
