Good selection of fruit and vegetables, fish and meat were well displayed and the employees were knowledgeable to my questions on how to prepare my fish and meat selections. The bakery staff were friendly and sliced my bread selections promptly. My only suggestions would be to have a person available to ask about a wine selection for my 2 meals and to wipe down the display case condensation as you could not see what was available. The cashier was friendly and polite as I paid and left. Very good selections and prices at this store but it wobuild be nice to have a store like this on the north side of town.

Catered a small family dinner. Amarisa went above and beyond to deliver an item to Bulverde that was missing from our order. We were so very grateful for this personal service. We will continue to return! The beef tenderloin platter was incredible!!! Thank you so much!

I wish we had one of these markets back home in St Louis, it would be the only place I'd shop. The produce was gorgeous and the selection was HUGE! I can't comment on the side that has processed foods because we didn't go over to that side, but the fresh section and salad bar were awesome!

Central Market is one of my favorite HEB concepts. In addition to grocery shopping, this is a great place to grab lunch. It offers a variety of options including sandwiches, salads, soups and hot foods. More importantly, there is seating available, so you don't have to rush back to work.

This place is fun but sometimes the selection isnt as good as a Reg HEB or walmart and some things seem a little more pricey. They seem to cater more towards the snooty people that live near by. Alot of fresh choices and usually kinda crowded but the check out lines go fast

Almost too much to see and buy. It can be overwhelming, but if you're interested in a wider selection of almost everything than what your neighborhood HEB has, this is for you. The prepared food counters have good options, the bakery is amazing, plus they even have cooking classes upstairs, and an electric car charging station in the parking lot. I think they still even have the valet parking.

I live in Floresville, and I readily drive to this location for groceries. The selection is amazing, and I love the seafood and meat counters especially. I'm not knocking my local HEB, but Central Market has everything I could possibly need to prepare meals. The bulk items are a great bonus, as well.

Everything in one place, you will find a wide variety of products, fruits, vegetables, meat, spices, wines, cereals, beers, sweets, ice creams, cheeses ... everything, absolutely everything for professionals and lovers of good to eat ... international products that are not easy to find in common stores ...

This place is obviously a local hub for lunch and dinner. It s an HEB on delicatessen steroids. They have all kinds of delicious deli meals by the pound, and multiple places to order a fresh cooked meal like sandwiches or stir fry. They make sushi rolls in house and have an enormous selection of cheeses, meats, and produce. This place is so special they ve even got their own custom made signs for each area of the store. Always clean and busy in there, worth the price of the food as well. Great place to stop for lunch and groceries.

This is a foodie paradise and I prefer it to whole foods because the prices make more sense and there is more variety.

There is a hot food, salad bar, Asian grill, Sushi, if you are interested in a meal now. But there is also a great produce section with tons of specialty items featuring both organics and non-organic (remember what I said about prices that make sense.)

They have a top-notch meat, seafood, cheese, cured meats, olive bar, bakery, wine, etc. I can't gush enough about this place.

Traffic is a little crazy getting in and out of this place at times but all in all it's a good HEB to go to! They have lots of ingredients and wares that you don't find at the others. Real culinary treat/spot to visit. Not exactly a hidden gem, but it's a good spot for fresh ingredients. Prices are just ok, but this isn't set up as a local store.

No better place for a couple like us (chef, Baker) dangerous because it's scarey easy to easily top 150$, all while sipping a Texas Craft beer or wine. An amazing bulk section and coffee wall, exotic cheeses and butters, the freshest produce and endless meat and seafood. It's worth the added expense and hour or 2 longer actually shopping.
