This was the 3rd dealership we visited on a Saturday bc my kid didn't know what kind of car she wanted.
Joseph greeted us as soon as we arrived. He was SO good and knowledgeable and HONEST that we ended buying THE 86. VERY clean dealership and the MOST stylish and handsome sales guys I've ever seen! And they were all so personable! Best experience I've ever had in buying a car.

My wife and I had a fantastic experience with Carmela DeOcampo when we bought our Tacoma Off Road. We already had an idea what we wanted but Carmela was knowledgeable in answering all our questions and that we were making the right decision and making the best deal. I drive 90 miles each way from my house to have my car serviced at this dealership! Why? They re by a long shot the BEST .A++++++! And please note, I m a tough grader! Centennial makes it easy to schedule service and all employees are courteous above expectations. Most important, the service technicians do flawless work! It all comes down to the fact all employees working at Centennial immensely care about their customers and following through with treating them as kings & queens in ALL respects!!!!
Horrible Service. Poor communication and no compassion. I will never return. I had a 9:30a. Sean Beria has a poor attitude and no respect for women. After 11am I asked Sean to check the status of my car, it hadn t even been serviced. Sean said they we re short staff and walked and told me to have a nice day. Failure to communicate had I been told I could ve rescheduled instead of wasting hours of my life sitting in a dealership. No stars should be an option.
