I had a rather underwhelming experience. Communication was often unclear, and it took longer than expected to get responses. The service didn't quite meet my expectations based on the promises made initially. I felt like I had to chase for updates, which is frustrating. 😕 There seemed to be a lack of attention to detail, resulting in a final product that was not as polished as I hoped. Overall, it didn't quite align with what I was looking for.
